1.
The darkness is returning as my soul comes back again it's time you knew the truth of what I truly am The righteous fight the righteous as the evil spreads throughout the land building mighty fortresses in the ever shifting sand I'm an angel of destruction the warlords have come and gone drown in their corruption fortified within their song
2.
Work your fingers to the bone keep your nose to the grindstone get up early stay up late no time to talk no time to wait You've been canceled, shut down You'll find your children in the lost and found You've been cancelled, taken to taken to task Robbed blind by men with masks And the train rolls on And the train rolls on And the train rolls on And the train rolls on The future is here, and it's here to stay We ain't going back to the old way You and I have been cancelled Life goes on for another day And the train rolls on
3.
Slow yourself down and take a breath we're almost there, but we're not there yet Can't go any faster to get what you need We're in this thing together, we both agreed You can get this anywhere, it's not hard to get Remember where you got it, it's hard to forget Take what you want, take what you need And give it back in pieces, and watch it bleed Don't hypnotize me Don't tear out my heart I've build my world around you But it's coming apart Can't fight a war, when you're living in shame Can't go to sleep, when you're screaming in pain Can't make them love you, if you don't love yourself I'll open up a bottle, and drink to your health Don't hypnotize me Don't tear out my heart I've built my world around you But it's coming apart

The Pariah 04:24
It's a nice day for a solution It's a nice day for an electrocution It's a nice day to remember what it's all about Today's the day we sort things out They have closed the city gates They sweep the streets at ten My family and friends have all left me I'll not see them again
5.
Snow Day 06:06
Too many nights of Winter Too dark to even find my way Locked in tight from the weather Think I'll take a snow day I'll take a snow day Too many nights without you Need to quiet what the world say Locked in tight from the weather Think I'll take a snow day I'll take a snow day Too many nights of Winter Too dark to even find my way Locked in tight from the weather Think I'll take a snow day I'll take a snow day

Same old river, same old life running away Same old river, same old land Slicing like a knife through my hand But you went away and changed the game Lived under a different name Went to a different school But I couldn't change my name Everything about me was the same I lost the beautiful Same old river, same old life running away Same old river, same old land Slicing like a knife through my hand Same old river, same old life running away Same old river, same old life running away
8.
Things may change, they may look new They want us to kneel in a different pew But that's not how it's going to be No, we're coming back Yeah, we're coming back
9.
You can see things from inside your window You can live your life in shame You can see things from the bottom of a bottle Where all things stay the same Every thief has his own pain to share Every sinner has his own cross the bear Everybody here can share the blame Where all things stay the same We're all closer than you think We bury our fears with another drink We climb the hill and stake our claim Where all things stay the same
10.
I'm afraid to look into the mirror I'm afraid to see my face Had another bad dream last night And now my mind has been replaced Can't fight back the things I hate I can't remember the things I know A new thing is taking my mind I've got nothing left to show Cause I'm an alien, in an alien world I'm an alien trying to get home again Give me back my old life Give me back my past It comes back every now and then But I know it will not last I know I'm slipping away, slipping away from you Slipping away, please tell me what to do Slipping away, slipping away from you Slipping away, please tell me what to do Slipping away . . .

about

An inflection signals a change. It represents a new beginning, new opportunities and new risks. And while this new beginning too, has its own end, to be eroded by future inflections, it nevertheless is the here, the now, where we live and where everything stays the same. But these trials are not beyond us, instead, they are before us now, in this emerging world of authority and constant surveillance. This too we can survive, for we're coming back.
